I’m so glad you’re here

You’ve found the space for anchored support through changing tides.

Hi, I’m Giselle.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California (LMFT# 152908) and Texas (LMFT# 206123), and see clients virtually who are located anywhere in either state.

My work is shaped by my own experience of holding multiple identities and moving between different communities. I care deeply about creating a warm, collaborative space where you can feel seen, supported, and connected to the values that steady you.

  • “We are born and have our being in a place of memory. We chart our lives by everything we remember from the mundane moment to the majestic. We know ourselves through the art and act of remembering. Memories offer us a world where there is no death, where we are sustained by rituals of regard and recollection."

Services

Individual Therapy

In our 50-minute individual sessions, we will co-create a space for you to explore your story, your challenges, and your hopes in a way that centers your voice and experience.

Together, we’ll identify what is no longer serving you and explore new ways of relating to yourself and others.

Your values, strengths, and wisdom are welcome in our shared space. My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as you create space for change, clarity, and deeper self-trust.

Relational Therapy

In our relational sessions, we will slow down and listen differently, to yourself and to each other. Relationships often get caught in cycles of misunderstanding, conflict, or distance. My role is to help you recognize these patterns and create new ways of connecting.

Whether you are navigating a season of transition, healing from ruptures, or seeking to strengthen your partnership, relational therapy can be a place to reimagine your relationship and move toward greater connection.

Clinical Practice Values

  • The problem is the problem

You are not the problem. Together, we’ll explore what has been shaping your experiences with compassion and curiosity. This creates space to separate you from the challenges you’re facing so there’s room to breathe, notice, and choose what’s next.

  • I trust you

I see you as capable, resourceful, and wise. My role is to support you as you reconnect with the parts of yourself that already know what you need. I walk alongside you as those strengths become easier to reach.

  • Agency is essential to being well

Feeling a sense of choice and possibility is central to wellbeing. We’ll look for pockets in your life where shifting, deciding, and acting in ways that fit with who you are is possible.

  • You're the expert in your life

I bring the clinical training; you bring the lived experience. It is an honor to sit with you, learn from you, and witness you in your humanity.

Let’s begin.
